This is a new position. Its creation was necessitated by the development of the company and a gradual increase in the volume of work. The Production Manager is directly subordinate to the Managing Director. However, it is not to replace his work or that of a sales representative. On the contrary, he or she should free their hands by working inside the company. Generally speaking, his main task is to ensure the smooth running of MOŘÍRNA's operations.
The candidate should be "ready" for this position. We will explain and train the activities of the company, but he should be experienced with the position and should be able to jump right into the work process and bring something new to the company.
