Foreman to the shipyard

Approximately 20 workers, 3 foremen and 2 of their representatives work in the operation.

We are looking for a master for these workers. It is not necessary to know the problem of pickling.

Experience with the management of a collective of workers in production and experience in managing the administration of orders is necessary.

Job description:

Management of the collective of the above-mentioned workers.
Planning of orders and production.
Communication with managers of other halls and operations and with superiors.
Communication with customers via e-mail and phone.
Reception and registration of orders in the information company system, allocation of prices to individual orders, issuance of documents for orders.
Not invoicing.
Reviewing orders and releasing them to production. Occasional handling of VZV and crane parts.

We require:

at least a high school education in a technical field
master's experience + experience in leading a work team of workers in production
organizational skills, communication skills, diligence
consistency computer skills
clean criminal record
good health
English is an advantage, not a condition

Workplace: Karásek 1c, Brno - Řečkovice.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Salary: Starting CZK 43,000 per month.
