New laboratory for process optimization

The new laboratory was created to meet the needs of pickling and passivation for parts subject to stricter requirements for quality, cleanliness, and process control. Accurate and proper execution of these surface treatments is essential to achieve optimal corrosion resistance and extend the service life of processed components.

The facility is equipped with a range of technological features that ensure efficiency and high quality in surface-treatment processes. The centerpiece of the laboratory is a line fitted with ten process tanks, complemented by an acid-fume extraction system and equipment for monitoring bath quality and parameters. The laboratory also includes a drying and packing room for preparing and packaging finished parts.
