New laboratory for process optimization

At the beginning of 2025, FK system – surface treatment, s.r.o. expanded its production capacities by establishing a new facility for the processing of components intended for the aerospace, food, and defense industries.

The new laboratory was created to meet the needs of pickling and passivation of parts that are subject to stricter quality, cleanliness, and process control requirements. The accuracy and proper execution of these surface treatments are essential for achieving optimal corrosion resistance and the extended lifetime of processed components.

The new workplace is equipped with a number of technological features ensuring efficiency and high quality in surface treatment processes. The core of the laboratory is a line fitted with ten process tanks, complemented by an acid fume extraction system and technological equipment for monitoring bath quality and parameters. The laboratory also includes a drying and packing room for preparing and packaging finished parts.
