Blasting, Painting, Metallisation in the Brno Plant

In Brno, we have available a powerful blasting hall followed by a painting plant. Both of the work sites are able to process a variable assortment of products from small parts through tanks and exchangers up to heavy steel structures. Handling is arranged by a crane with carrying capacity of 20/5 ton and wheeled filling cars.

length 14 000 mm, width 5 500 mm, the limiting value is the gate dimension: width 3 600 mm, height 4 200 mm

Painting plant dimensions:
length 16 500 mm, width 5 500 mm, the limiting value is the gate dimension: width 3 600 mm, height 4 200 mm

Even longer parts may be processed based on agreement.

Blasting, Painting, Metallisation on Assemblage Site

Other activities performed by our company include abrasive blasting and metallization and anti-corrosion painting, mostly on assemblage sites. Our clients are various companies in the field of mechanical engineering, construction, power and chemical industries. Typical works include blasting and painting of piping systems, bridge structures, parts of water and thermal power plants, ships, steel structures of halls and so on. Using our mobile work sites, we are able to cover all and any requirements of our clients, including special ones, like for example dust-free blasting.

In the course of 13 years we gained extensive experience in use of painting materials of renowned manufacturers and – as regular visitors to trainings and seminars organised for example by the Association of Corrossion Engineers (we are members) we further improve and absorb the newest information in the field.
