Antox NP

Field of use

It neutralises staining pasta containing hydrofluoric acid and used for staining of alloyed anti-corrosion steels like for example Antox 3D, Antox 71 E and Antox 71 E Extra.

Application

Read the safety instructions before use. Shake Antox NP well. Before finishing the staining process, apply to staining-pasta treated spots Antox 3D, Antox 71 E or Antox 71 E Extra and mix well with the pastas residuals. The process of neutralisation is finished when no more blisters develop. Rinse with water with minimal pressure of 12 MPa. Rinse until the stained surface and off-flowing water is pH neutral.

Liquidation

Trapped rinsing water must be liquidated in an environment – friendly way. It is possible to use proper waste water treatment plant (it must be discussed with the water management subject) or passed for liquidation to a specialised company.

Spreading rate

For the neutralisation to be sufficient it is necessary approximately the same volume as the volume of the staining pasta used.

Keep locked out of the reach of children.
use suitable protective suit, protective gloves, protective glasses or face shield.

FIRST AID INSTRUCTIONS:

In case of skin contact: Immediately wash with water and soap and then rinse thoroughly.
In case of eyes contact: Immediately and thoroughly rinse with running water for at least 15 minutes, keep lids open.
In case of swallowing: Do not induce vomiting! Immediately search for medical assistance and present this package or this label.
