Antox 90 E

It meets the conditions of Nuclear Association (KWU) for use in nuclear power industry.

Field of use

For fast development of strong passive layer on stained and exceptionally even on non-stained surface of alloyed anti-corrosion steel. It unifies the surface appearance.

Application

Read the safety instructions before use. Mix Antox 90 E well. Apply by spraying, immersion, respectively with a brush. Let it work for 15 - 30 minutes. Rinse with water with minimal pressure of 12 MPa. Rinse until the stained surface and off-flowing water is pH neutral.

Liquidation

Rinsing waste water is acid and it contains heavy metals and that is why it must be trapped. Trapped rinsing water must be liquidated in an environment – friendly way. It is possible to use proper waste water treatment plant (it must be discussed with the water management subject) or passed for liquidation to a specialised company.

Warning

Antox 90E contains nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The instructions that must be followed are stated on the label. For further information see the list of safety data that can be obtained from us. The employee must be equipped with protective suit, gloves and a mask with a filter against acid emissions.

Spreading rate

From 1 kg of Antox 90 E it is possible to treat 20 - 25 m2.

Antox 90 E is supplied in the following packages: 5, 20 and 200 kg.

FIRST AID INSTRUCTIONS:

General instructions: Immediately remove all and any personal belongings polluted with the product. Remove the breathing mask only after removal of polluted personal belongings.
In case of inhalation: Transport the affected person to fresh air. In case of unconsciousness, place the affected person to stabilised position and arrange medical assistance.
In case of skin contact: Immediately wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly. Immediately spread with solution or gel of Ca-gluconate 400.
In case of eyes contact: Keep the lid open and rinse the eye with running water for several minutes. Provide medical assistance.
In case of swallowing: Do not induce vomiting, immediately call a doctor. Drink large volume of water and arrange fresh air intake. Call doctor immediately.

S 1/2 Keep locked and out of reach of children.
S 23 Do not breath gases in.
S 26 In case of eye contact immediately rinse with water thoroughly and call for medical assistance.
S 36/37 Use suitable protective suit and protective gloves.
S 45 In case of an injury or if you do not feel well, immediately search for medical assistance (if possible, present this label).
