Antox 75 E Extra

It meets the conditions of Nuclear Association (KWU) for use in nuclear power industry.

Field of use

Removal of extraneous oxides and built-up carbon steel from the surface of alloyed anti-corrosion steel and appearance unification.
Staining of welds and surfaces of aluminium, removal of impurities before and after welding, appearance unification.

Application

Read the safety instructions before use. Shake Antox 73E Extra well. Apply with brush, spraying bottle, spraying device or by immersion. Let it work for 15 - 60 minutes for stainless steel, 5 – 15 minutes for aluminium. Rinse with water with minimal pressure of 12 MPa respectively rinse small parts with water, under intensive mechanic effects of stainless steel or plastic brush or sponge. Rinse until the stained surface and off-flowing water is pH neutral.

Waste water liquidation

Rinsing waste water is acid and it contains heavy metals and that is why it must be trapped. Trapped rinsing water must be liquidated in an environment – friendly way. It is possible to use proper waste water treatment plant (it must be discussed with the water management subject) or passed for liquidation to a specialised company.

Warning

Antox 75E Extra contains nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The instructions that must be followed are stated on the label. For further information see the list of safety data that can be obtained from us. The employee must be equipped with mask with a filter against acid emissions, protective suit and gloves.

Spreading rate

From 1 kg of Antox 75 E it is possible to treat 20 - 25 m2.

Antox 75 E is supplied in the following packages: 5 and 30 kg.

FIRST AID INSTRUCTIONS:

General instructions: Immediately remove all and any personal belongings polluted with the product. Remove the breathing mask only after removal of polluted personal belongings.
In case of inhalation: Transport the affected person to fresh air. In case of unconsciousness, place the affected person to stabilised position and arrange medical assistance.
In case of skin contact: Immediately wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly. Immediately spread with solution or gel of Ca-gluconate 400.
In case of eyes contact: Keep the lid open and rinse the eye with running water for several minutes. Provide medical assistance.
In case of swallowing: Do not induce vomiting, immediately call a doctor. Drink large volume of water and arrange fresh air intake. Call doctor immediately.

R 26/27/28 Highly toxic in case of inhalation, contact with skin and in case of swallowing.
R 35 Causes serious burns.
S 1/2 Keep locked and out of reach of children.
S 7/9 Keep the package tightly closed, in a well-ventilated place.
S 23 Do not breath gases in.
S 26 In case of eye contact immediately rinse with water thoroughly and call for medical assistance.
S 36/37 Use suitable protective suit and protective gloves.
S 45 In case of an injury or if you do not feel well, immediately search for medical assistance (if possible, present this label).
