Antox 3d

Field of use

Removal of welding flakes and built-up paints, extraneous oxides and traces of handling. Specially for glossy and ground surfaces.

Application

Read the safety instructions before use. Shake and mix Antox 3d well so as to gain homogenous substance. Apply ANTOX with plastic brush in an equal layer to the weld and its surroundings. Let it work for 60 – 90 minutes, depending on weld type and ambient temperature. Rinse with water with minimal pressure of 12 MPa. In case of short weld connections it is possible to rinse them with running water only, without any pressure, under intensive mechanic effects of stainless steel or plastic brush or sponge. Rinse until the stained surface and off-flowing water is pH neutral. In case of the stained surface not to be absolutely clean, repeat the whole process.

Waste water liquidation

Rinsing waste water is acid and it contains heavy metals and that is why it must be trapped. Before the staining pasta rinsing it is possible to apply neutralising pasta to the surface – it neutralises the rinsing water. Trapped rinsing water (even neutralised) must be liquidated in an environment – friendly way. It is possible to use proper waste water treatment plant (it must be discussed with the water management subject) or passed for liquidation to a specialised company.

Warning

Antox 3d contains nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The instructions that must be followed are stated on the label. For further information see the list of safety data that can be obtained from us. The employee must be equipped with protective suit, gloves and face shield.

Spreading rate

From 1 kg of Antox 3d it is possible to treat 40 - 150 rm of weld.

FIRST AID INSTRUCTIONS:

General instructions: Immediately remove all and any personal belongings polluted with the product. Remove the breathing mask only after removal of polluted personal belongings.
In case of inhalation: Transport the affected person to fresh air. In case of unconsciousness, place the affected person to stabilised position and arrange medical assistance.
In case of skin contact: Immediately wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly. Immediately spread with solution or gel of Ca-gluconate 400.
In case of eyes contact: Keep the lid open and rinse the eye with running water for several minutes. Provide medical assistance.
In case of swallowing: Do not induce vomiting, immediately call a doctor. Drink large volume of water and arrange fresh air intake. Call doctor immediately.

R 26/27/28 Highly toxic in case of inhalation, contact with skin and in case of swallowing.
R 35 Causes serious burns.
S 1/2 Keep locked and out of reach of children.
S 7/9 Keep the package tightly closed, in a well-ventilated place.
S 23 Do not breath gases in.
S 26 In case of eye contact immediately rinse with water thoroughly and call for medical assistance.
S 36/37 Use suitable protective suit and protective gloves.
