History

František Kalný established the family company in 1989. First of all, he runs the company together with his main job. He finished his employment in 1992 and started to pay full attention to the company. At the beginning he employed just a few employees and they were engaged in surface treatment at assemblage sites. Just in the time of their studies, both of his sons started to work for the company - Ing. Petr Kalný since 1993 and Ing. Pavel Kalný since 1997

Strong development started in 1994 and the company took leading position in the Czech market in the field of staining and passivation of alloyed anti-corrosion steels and extends the position thanks to permanent extension of capacities and installation and innovation of technologies. There remains preserved the original activity – performance of surface treatment on assemblage sites. There are added activities, performed in own plants. Since 1997 it is staining of alloyed anti-corrosion steels in the staining plant in Brno and since 1998 it is stainless steel surface blasting by ballotine. Since 1996, the company is an exclusive and sole representative and distributor of staining means of the ANTOX brand for the CR and SR.

As a guarantee of provided service quality, there was registered the trade mark FK system in 1997. At the beginning of the year 2002 the company moved to its own production premises with an approximate area of 6500 m2, containing technical offices as well as warehouse and sales of staining preparations of the ANTOX brand and a new modern work site for the stainless steel surface blasting by ballotine – there is not other plant with similar capacity in the Czech Republic.
At the present time, the company employs approximately 30 employees.

As to 1.1.2006, the company transformed to the company FK system Brno s.r.o.

The basic feature of the company activities is the quality of the works performed – thanks to the quality we keep our exclusive position. Another key element is the fulfilment of all and any term and organisation requirements of clients (work over weekends, festive days, night shifts, etc). Naturally, there is followed maximal work safety and environment protection at work. There have been settled all and any necessary licences, authorisations and certificates for the works performance, including the approval for toxic and highly toxic substances processing, which provides legislative coverage for our clients in this field.
